The Labour Broker Employment relationship consist of 3 parties:

  • The Employee
  • StaffAtAClick – The Employer of Record
  • The Client – Employer of Site

After 3 months placed on-site at a client, the employee is deemed to be permanent, insofar perceived unfair disciplinaries and similar level of remuneration for same direct employment staff.
